Dean (owner) responded to our call immediately, thoroughly assessed the situation, quoted us a reasonable price on the spot and then did an excellent job completing the work. He was friendly, courteous and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone and would hire him again in a heart beat.

I wish I knew about American Plumbing sooner. We were in a bind on a Friday evening. We called and Dean showed up 15 minutes later(no joke). Not only did he solve our immediate problem but he noticed a leak by our washer and fixed it, saving us a potential massive flood. He is also incredibly friendly, polite and knowledgeable. When we asked our two friends who they used, they both said American Plumbing. We will only use American plumbing for any plumbing needs moving forward!

I had an unusual project for my business that I was unsure any plumber would take, especially since most of the trades are booked out for a while. Dean got back to me fast and was able to get the job done within the week and made it seem like a easy, quick fix. Thank you Dean @ American Pluming, now there are not leaks!

I had a leak from behind my shower. Dean was able to locate the problem and fix it on the spot. He showed me exactly what the issue was, how he fixed it, and made some recommendations to clean/dry the area out quickly. He was very responsive and courteous and I'd call him again if I have another plumbing issue.

I can't say enough about how wonderful, professional, and knowledgeable Dean is. He is truly an excellent plumber. I have used him three times, and I am well pleased with his expertise and ability to deal with the problems I have with a home that is 92 years old. I highly recommend him if one has plumbing problems. You, too will be satisfied!

I randomly looked up a plumber in fayetteville and came upon American Plumbing. This is honestly one of the best random choices i have ever made. The owner, Dean, is courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Dean is reliable- I live in Fayetteville NY (40 years) and I will 100 percent utilize his professional services again - as well as have no problem recommending him.

Dean and Sal are both great. They were very responsive and resolved issues very quickly. They moved a gas water heater for me and fixed a few old gas leaks. We had so many bad experiences with the larger plumbing companies. I'm so glad to finally have a plumber I can trust!
